Important Info: We use only the finest quality decorative metals and 1/8" 3-ply outdoor plastics for our 'Pet and People' ID tags.  Stainless steel and brass tags are stamped with 1/16" capital lettering.  Plastic and aluminum tags are engraved into the metal; select aluminum styles are laser-engraved producing a durable white appearance.  All ID tags include appropriate attachments such as split-rings, rivets, chains, pins, etc.  FREE Spot-Lite Safety Reflectors are included with all pet tags and most people tags.  Abbreviations are used when necessary and zip codes are not ordinarily engraved on pet tags, with the exception of P.O. Box addresses.  If you do not choose a color for plastic or aluminum tags we will make your color selection.  Cancellations prior to tags(s) being made are subject to a 10% termination fee.  All returns must be pre-approved and are subject to a 45% return fee - our costs for labor, material, postage, processing fees, advertising etc. Inquiries about order status should be made no sooner than 7-10 days from order placement - to inquire about your order call (904) 589-5471. Question 2: My Pet Has a Chip, Do I Really Need a Tag Too?  Answer 2:  Chips are useful for many reasons & thankfully many pets have benefitted from their use.  However, a pet tag gives the person finding your pet a direct line to you, the pet owner; you and the finder are just a phone call away!  With only a chip, the finder would likely have to secure your pet, physically take it to a scanner at the vet or shelter (if found during business hours) at which point you would finally be notified your pet is lost!  NOTE:  When a pet has a visible ID tag, everyone knows the animal is loved and cared for and is not a stray.

Question 3: What is The Best Material For a Pet Tag?  Answer 3:  We offer a multitude of materials and your choice is very much a personal decision based on appearance preference and practical needs.  Our current range includes the following:  Stainless Steel, Brass, Gold Plated, Aluminum, 3-Ply Plastic & Acrylic in thousands of combinations of size, shape and color!  We confidently feel that ALL of our tags are very durable when chosen with regard to your pet's lifestyle.  Naturally, Stainless Steel & Brass tags with stamped (into the metal) personalization are the most durable, for even the most active dogs wearing other tags.  For all other pets, the rest of our material choices have been designed to offer trouble-free service for the majority of circumstances.

Question 4: Do I need Backside Information on My Tag?  Answer 4:  Again, a very personal decision.  With the popularity of cell phones, we make an increasing number of tags with backside information, an option of up to 4 lines that is available on a majority of our styles.  But optional backside information is also useful for second addresses, a friend's phone number, your pet's veterinary contact info, special dietary or medical needs of your dog & microchip ID numbers.  NOTE:  Some of our larger styles can accommodate up to 9 LINES of personalization with standard front and optional backside.

Question 5: Is Shipping Really FREE?  Answer 5:  Absolutely!  Whether you order $4.00 Anniversary Stainless Tags or a quantity of 1,000 bulk tags, you'll NEVER pay for shipping at Tagxpress!  We carefully package and ship all tags via United States Postal Service First Class mail with select larger orders shipping via Priority Mail (our discretion).

Question 6: Privacy & Security?  Answer 6:  The Tagxpress ordering process has been thoughtfully designed to be intuitive and explanatory and is protected with encrypted SSL (secure socket layers) which is the benchmark for secure internet commerce.  Your online transaction is secure whether you use your credit card directly or pay through Paypal and we never store credit card numbers.  Tagxpress has NEVER sold, given or rented ANY of our customer's names, emails or contact information to third parties.  In fact, we have never even sent 'unsolicited' emails to previous customers.  We value your trust and respect your time, therefore you will NOT receive any unwanted newsletters or similar emails AFTER your email order confirmation unless we have a question specifically about a current, unfulfilled order.  Of course, you can always contact us with questions or concerns at the email or phone number listed at the bottom of every page throughout our site.

Question 7: How Will The Personalization or Lettering Look on My Tag?  Answer 7:  The personalized appearance will vary based on the material and style you've chosen.  Nearly all Stainless Steel & Brass tags are deeply stamped with 1/16" high lettering in ALL capitals.  Although extremely durable and made to the satisfaction of over 1,000,000 of our customers, stamping has a less jewelry-like quality of personalization than various forms of engraving found on our Plastic, Aluminum, Gold, & Acrylic Tags' lettering.  Our 3-Ply colored plastic tags are computerized engraved into the top layer of plastic to reveal the contrasting color of the material's middle layer;  this same approach is used with most of our aluminum styles which exposes the bright metal under the aluminum tag's anodized color coating;  certain anodized aluminum & stainless steel tags are laser engraved as clearly noted on their ordering pages.  A laser engraved colored aluminum tag will show a vibrant white appearance to the engraved areas & a stainless steel tag will show a rich, black finish to engraved sections.  All acrylic tags are laser engraved, producing a subtle frosted appearance for engraved regions.

Question 8: Will my Tag Include a Way to Attach to my Pet's Collar?  Answer 8:  Yes!  All of our tags included necessary attachments fitting most standard pet collars.  The majority of our tags attach via several sizes of split rings as noted on their respective order pages.  Other designs, such as our pet necklace come with an easily trimmed-to-fit ball chain with clasp system and our hunting style tags include two rivets per tag to attach to the face of virtually any collar.

Question 9: Do All Tags Include FREE Personalization?  Answer 9:  Yes, all tags include FREE Front-Side personalization within the line number and character limits listed on each order page.  Backside information is available on many styles for .75 cents per line.

Question 10:  What Will Happen Once I Place an Order?  Answer 10:  Within several seconds after clicking the 'submit order' button you will be shown an order confirmation page with your unique ORDER NUMBER while our cart system should simultaneously email an ORDER CONFIRMATION with order details, order number etc to your valid email address.  From this point there is usually no need to contact us unless 7 + days have passed without receipt of your order.  NOTE:  In the event a customer's payment fails to successfully process, the confirmation page & order confirmation email will usually list payment failure in which case the order will not be processed.  Also, be sure to check your 'junk email' folders/filters if you don't find an email confirmation within a reasonable timeframe.

Question 11:  How Will The Charge Appear on My Credit Card Statement?  Answer 11:  The payment to your account should appear as Paw Print ID's/Tagxpress.
